I had a bacterial ghost T-0 plate that was gifted to me by a good friend. I put it on water agar immediately. This is the result. I love water agar! Ill be doing these transfers tonight hopefully. I hope to make at least 12 new plates. Hopefully grain ready next round. I cant WAIT to get these boys going!

I believe it's straight water and agar. Usually about 1.5% agar as I recall.
