You can go old school and use your oven or boil repurposed jars with drilled holes, and look for other type of sub recipes you can use instead of CVG. Hope that helps!

I don't need anymore myself, but always out of curiosity I check out the jar aisle and there's always a shortage. On the upside, it's nice to see more people revisiting older traditions with canning and such.
