If you're a newbie, might I suggest uncle bens tek. Super simple, sterile af, just knock it up, seal it up (I used hot glue), and cut a gas exchange then cover with micropore tape and keep at about 77F. When i ues brown rice, it gets this most of the time：（...my caes was, usually happens in few days, brown rice get soggy and no traces of myceilum...i still have no idea what went wrong....since i pc-ed them for 2 hrs stright ...it seems something inside the rice cant be killled...
