If you're a newbie, might I suggest uncle bens tek. Super simple, sterile af, just knock it up, seal it up (I used hot glue), and cut a gas exchange then cover with micropore tape and keep at about 77F. When i ues brown rice, it gets this most of the time:(...my caes was, usually happens in few days, brown rice get soggy and no traces of myceilum...i still have no idea what went wrong....since i pc-ed them for 2 hrs stright ...it seems something inside the rice cant be killled...
