What did you get from it? How often did you do it? I have a fast paced career and would like to find a way to incorporate microdosing.

I did for a couple of months. 2-3x a week. I put a known amount of tabs in a known amount of alcohol and used an eye dropper to get about 10-30mcg per dose.

15mcg to 30mcg is the range I was going for 2 on 1 off days and then after a month take about a week off.
