How did I learn from it

Hi fellas.Did a round of pharmahuasca last night.Started with approx 10cl of homemade harmala tee from syrian rue.After about 20 min i swallowed a capsule with 100mg of Yellowish Dmt.Preperarions: I did bad. Ate a lot of shit up front. Junk food, snacks,2 beer and half a bottle of wine. I was a little worried but been struggling to find the right set and setting so I jumped ahead when I knew I had my Girlfriend to watch over me.It came on Quite fast i think, about 30 mins after the capsule , i felt some rumbling and knew that its starting.I put on some edm music like I always do and sat by the fire in the oven in the cabin.I was exspecting a beating, since I use this as a tool for improvement of my self in daily life.And sure as hell I got it. The trip got quite colourful but less meaningful to begin with, and seemed to be a "split" demension trip, meaning on my right side of view i went in and out of some kind of rooms, small room with Bright colours and a Window i could not see out of, I went in and out of these rooms several times. But when shifting my head or looking to my left(all with eyes closed) something darker lures, and the visuals are again like tentacles and beatings of strange objects/dark matter seems to attack me. Not sure of course, but during all of my trips, I identify my trips by how I get to feel while it unfolds.This went on for about an hour intense before getting so disturbing or annoying that I decide to abort and focusing back to this reality.In the moment of truth, I dont understand shit of it, but the glow gives me "like almost always" a better understanding of my bad behaviour and thought patterns Im daily trying to change. Be better, more loving and caring father, husband and friend. I always feel good after.I also had a 30 min barfing and puking the shit out of me. Guess that one was for my dirty choices of food and beverage????.So know I feel a bit more ready to fight my demons again, hopefull it will last about a week. I feel like dr Jekyll and mr Hide sometimes????????. But for sure my marriage with ms D has been for the better when all summed up.But..... I wish there was someone who could transelate my visions some times. Like there was Wikipedia of trip meanings. Maybe there is and I dont know about it, but for sure it would been helpfull. If I was an artist I would have drawed pretty awsome but quite different pictures from the regular pics i see people draw, I can find some similarities some times but I have not seen any that realy identifies what I mostly see.Anyone knows what these rooms and Doors that opens and closes means?Can this dusturbing "evil"stuff be related to sickdom in my body? And the last question from my trip is about somekind of ancient or futuristic code on "ribbons"that stretches out and dances around. It bothers me that I never remember them.
