First DMT experience

Last week on Wednesday I did DMT for the first time. I consider myself a very well seasoned psychonaut. I am 56 and been doing Psychedelics since my teens. I followed the grateful dead around the United States probably from the late 80s two 1995 but saw my first show on 7/31/1982. I've done lots of LSD and mushrooms and even peyote several times in a teepee in a ceremonial setting. But never had an experience quite like what I had on DMT.
so not knowing exactly how much I needed to smoke how do you put a decent little pile inside a glass pipe.

Probably overheated it it kept smoking so I kept inhaling, Maybe for five good deep breath's. Because of the horrible taste I closed my eyes almost immediately. I started seeing geometric and kaleidoscopic patterns even though my eyes were closed. When I finally did open my eyes the world I was used to seeing was gone. My version of the world was now very cartoon like and certain colors and images were repeated. Kinda looked like everything was cubes and it all looks fit together, like building blocks. Was really hard to tell what was real and what wasn't. Trying to sit the pipe down which I didn't want to put on the floor. I realized that the table in front of me being where my kiln for glass sits is covered with fire proof material I carefully sat it there.looking around the shop just taking it all in. After what seemed like a while I stood up and walked around my studio space and was drawn towards a little cubby space in the back corner of my studio where my torch and glass blowing area is. There were no lights on back in there but I could see really well and some of the stuff on my work bench was glowing and seemed to be alive. The one thing that I did experience was that my thoughts were very much normal and I experienced no mind expanding or anything like other Psychedelics I have taken over the years. Which was kinda disappointing. Being a truth seeker I love the mind expanding experiences I have gotten over the years. Definitely the most amazing Hallucinations  I have ever had. But if that's all that I am going to get from the experience it will get old really fast. I'm definitely intrigued by the people and that tells stories of seeing aliens or other worldly beings during their travels, this is something I definitely want to experience and certainly very curious about. What are these beings that people are seeing? Are they simply hallucinations or are they actual beings from another dimension? Or the spirit of people from the past? The crisp perfectness of the room slowly went back to the norm but I was still seeing the usual Hallucinations from psychedelics like tracers and things shifting and moving with colors being really inhanced. What I mean about crisp perfectness is the room didn't look dirty and even paintings that I have done on the walls myself, the artwork was perfect and really clean crisp designs. (Which believe me in real life definitely is not the case LOL) like a lot of psychedelic experiences can be very difficult to describe I think that's why it took me a while to post this because I have still been processing the whole thing. Waiting for a friend to visit and babysit me for my next liftoff. I want someone there to help me with the pipe and just in case I loose consciousness. I did a few days later hook my neighbor friend up with some DMT, he must be a lot more sensitive to it than me. After he took maybe three good size hits he locked up and what I thought at first was a seizure. His eyes roll back in his head and all you could see was the whites of his eyes.he wasn't shaking but his fears were clenched and his body really tightened up. I was a little scared at first I definitely will admit. But when I realized he wasn't a seizure most likely I filmed him for a moment. When he finally came back to consciousness. He fully remembered his experience and it was nothing but positive and beautiful. He also was alone during that trip and didn't see any other beings except for me in the room which he said I look like a robot or some kind of mechanical thing.
