I fell apart. I'm piecing together now.

Field notes:

No visuals. None expected at my current high dose of script antidepressants. 

ZERO light tolerance.  I won't be doing this in daylight again if I can help it.

Emotions are high and very volatile.  laughing and crying are almost indistinguishable.

6 hours in, huge headache, congestion from laughing crying.
